Hello, welcome to my page.

I have been in the mortgage industry since 2016 and before that served in the USAF. After working at a Corporate Lender for sometime I decided to open ValorMortgage in 2019 an independent Mortgage Broker. My mission was to provide my clients a better mortgage with lower rates and fees. I also wanted to help more Veterans use their VA home loan benefit to their best of their ability.

Our Loan Process

1: Pre-Approval

A loan pre-approval sets you up for a smooth home buying experience.

2: Shop

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
